The Minnesota Hospital Association acts as the voluntary nonprofit reporting organization for the collection, reviewal, and submission of financial, utilization and services information of licensed hospitals in the state of Minnesota. The laws and rules governing these procedures can be found in Sections 144.695 through 144.703 of the Minnesota Statutes, and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4650. The Hospital Annual Report is the method by which this data is collected.
